This will be an unofficial blog about the the construction progress of Kalasatama in Helsinki. Mostly just pictures how buildings rise and how the scenery will change but occasionally some articles regarding the area in general.
Kalasatama is going to be a construction area for over 10 years, thus making this an very interesting project of purely own interest and documenting how landscape changes. It is not every day an entire city block is built from scratch, so from documenting perspective I do believe this is going to be of interest for coming generations as well.
